Produktwechsel - Bei den Energieprodukten haben Sie die Wahl und damit auch aktiv Einfluss auf die Zusammensetzung Ihrer Stromquellen. Sie können jeweils per Ende Jahr im Voraus für das nächstfolgende Kalenderjahr wechseln.

Hinweis: Sie können Ihr Stromprodukt jährlich bis Ende Februar für das gleiche Jahr festlegen. Produktwechsel, welche später eintreffen, werden im folgenden Jahr berücksichtigt. Falls Sie mehrere Objekte besitzen bitten wir Sie, für jedes Objekt einzeln das Formular auszufüllen, danke.
Beleuchtungsstörung melden - Vielleicht haben Sie schon beobachtet, dass in unseren Gemeinden zwischenzeitlich auch tagsüber die Strassenbeleuchtung eingeschaltet ist. Dies ist immer dann der Fall, wenn unser Unterhaltsteam unterwegs ist, um eingegangene Störungen zu beheben oder allgemeine Reparaturarbeiten vorzunehmen.

eBill
Mit der eBill empfangen, prüfen und bezahlen Sie Ihre Rechnungen direkt in Ihrem Online-Banking. Das ist schnell und einfach, da das Abtippen von Referenznummern, Rechnungsbeträgen und Gutschriftskonten entfällt und papierlos mit wenigen Mausklicks erledigt ist. Mit eBill haben Sie aber auch stets die Kontrolle und maximale Sicherheit. Sie können nämlich alle Daten prüfen und die Zahlung bei Unstimmigkeiten per Mausklick ablehnen. Ist alles in Ordnung, geben Sie die Rechnung – geschützt übermittelt – zur Zahlung frei.
Anmeldung eBill: Melden Sie sich direkt in Ihrem Online-Banking unter «eBill» bei der Infrastruktur Zürichsee AG an.
LSV
Beim Lastschriftverfahren (oder abgekürzt auch LSV genannt) werden Rechnungsbeträge automatisch von Ihrem Privatkonto abgebucht. Im Fall der PostFinance spricht man von Debit Direct. Um davon zu profitieren, müssen Sie uns ein einziges Mal eine so genannte Belastungsermächtigung erteilen. Danach entsteht Ihnen kein administrativer Aufwand mehr.

Umzug bzw. An-/Abmeldung - Damit ein nahtloser Übergang zu Ihrem Mietnachfolger gewährleistet ist, melden Sie sich mindestens 10 Tage im Voraus bei der iNFRA, auf einen Arbeitstag schriftlich ab. Versäumen Sie dies, so bezieht der Mietnachfolger, auf Ihre Kosten, gratis elektrische Energie wie auch Trinkwasser!
Verwenden Sie das Online-Formular. Die Schlussabrechnung erhalten Sie innert 14 Tagen ab dem Ablesedatum zugestellt. Am neuen Wohnort melden Sie sich bitte beim neuen Lieferanten.
Das Standard Stromprodukt der Infrastruktur Zürichsee AG ist NaturPower. Wünschen Sie ein anderes Produkt geben Sie dies uns dies bitte via Nachrichtenfeld bekannt.
Zählerstand melden - Die iNFRA installiert und betreibt Tarifapparate, welche für die Messung und Verrechnung des verbrauchten Strom und Wasser benötigt werden. Demontage, Umplatzierung und Umstellungen dürfen nur durch die iNFRA vorgenommen werden.
Die Zähler müssen in zugänglichen Räumen platziert sein. Für neue Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäuser sind daher Aussenzählerkästen vorgesehen. Die Strom und Wasserzähler werden von der iNFRA einmal, immer per Ende Jahr, unangemeldet abgelesen. In Ausnahmefällen, können Sie uns den Zählerstand auch selbst melden. Tun Sie dies mit dem Formular «Zählerstand melden».
Wasserzählerstand Meldungen werden nur für Einfamilienhäuser online entgegengenommen. Für die Ablesung in einem MFH kontaktieren Sie uns unter 044 924 18 18
Flexibilitäten - Auf Grund einer Änderung des Artikels 17b der StromVG dürfen wir als Verteilnetzbetreiber elektrische Verbraucher und Erzeuger nicht mehr ohne Zustimmung der Eigentümer/-innen oder Verwaltungen steuern. Die Infrastruktur Zürichsee AG muss deshalb aktiv die Erlaubnis für die zukünftige Nutzung der Flexibilität einholen.

ZEV-Anmeldung - Die Energiestrategie 2050 eröffnet neue Chancen für den nachhaltigen Umgang mit Energie – auch für Mehrfamilienhäuser und Wohnsiedlungen. Denn seit 2018 lassen sich so genannte ZEV (Zusammenschlüsse zum Eigenverbrauch) bilden; also Eigenverbrauchsgemeinschaften, deren selbst produzierter Solarstrom auch selbst verbraucht werden darf. Falls Sie eine ZEV gründen möchten müssen Sie Ihren Stromversorger informieren.
